Biography: Dr. Zeina Ghossoub El-Aswad, Ph.D., MCC, CWC, ACTC, is an internationally respected Executive, Leadership, and Wellness Coach. As Founder of ICF Lebanon Charter Chapter and co-founder of an ICF-accredited coaching school in Dubai, she has helped shape the coaching landscape across the Middle East. With over 20 years of experience, she has led executive leadership programs and cultural transformation initiatives for major organizations, including Saudi Post, GUST University, and Technica International. She specializes in emotional intelligence, team dynamics, and building high-performance leadership cultures.

Dr. Ghossoub El-Aswad is Partner and Chief Wellness Officer at Vital Signs Vital Skills (USA), and has collaborated with institutions such as Harvard, Mayo Clinic, and McGill University. She holds a Ph.D. in Human Behavior and a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from AUB, with certifications in EQ, NLP, and team coaching. Her clients include C-suite leaders, hospitals, ministries, and global corporations.
