Poster Presentation Guidelines

19th Global Healthcare, Preventive Medicine & Public Health Summit and Exhibition
December 14–16, 2026 | Dubai, UAE

We are pleased to welcome you as a poster presenter at the upcoming 19th Global Healthcare, Preventive Medicine & Public Health Summit and Exhibition. Kindly review the following guidelines to ensure your poster is prepared and presented effectively.


1. Poster Dimensions

  • Recommended size: A0 (841 mm × 1189 mm / 33.1 in × 46.8 in), portrait orientation

  • Posters must fit within the assigned display board space

2. Poster Content

Your poster should clearly and concisely present your research and include the following sections:

  • Title (must match the submitted abstract)

  • Authors and Affiliations

  • Introduction / Background

  • Objectives

  • Methodology

  • Results

  • Conclusion

  • References (if applicable)

  • Acknowledgements (if applicable)

3. Design and Layout

  • Use large, readable fonts (minimum 24 pt for body text; 36–44 pt for headings)

  • Use charts, graphs, and images to present data visually

  • Ensure good contrast between text and background

  • Keep content clear, concise, and easy to understand

  • Avoid overcrowding; highlight key findings and messages

4. Printing and Materials

  • Posters should be printed on flexible material (paper or lightweight fabric recommended)

  • Presenters must bring their printed posters; on-site printing facilities will not be available

5. Mounting and Display

  • Poster boards and push pins or adhesive materials will be provided

  • Presenters are responsible for mounting and removing their posters

  • Posters must be set up during the designated setup time (details will be communicated via email)

  • Posters will remain on display for the assigned session or full day, as scheduled

6. Presentation Schedule

  • Each presenter will be assigned a specific time slot to be present at their poster

  • Be prepared to deliver a 2–3 minute overview of your research and respond to questions

7. Professional Conduct

  • Professional or business-casual attire is recommended

  • Engage courteously with attendees and respect fellow presenters and time limits

8. Certification

  • Poster presenters will receive a Certificate of Presentation, either upon request or at the conclusion of their session
