3. Submission ProcessSubmit your abstract through the official submission portal.
A mandatory review fee must be paid immediately after submission to initiate the review process.
Abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members only after the review fee is received.
Upon successful review, an Abstract Acceptance Letter will be issued.
4. RegistrationAfter abstract acceptance, presenters must complete conference registration to confirm participation.
Registration is mandatory for all oral and poster presenters.

2. PowerPoint Submission (Mandatory)All poster presenters must submit a PowerPoint (PPT) version of their poster before the conference.
The PPT may be used for digital display, virtual sessions, or backup purposes.
Ensure clarity, consistency with the poster, and on-screen readability.
Onsite Poster Presentation
1. SetupArrive early to install your poster.
Bring necessary materials (printed poster, pins, etc.).
Posters must fit within the conference-specified board dimensions.
2. Presentation TimePresenters will have dedicated time during their assigned session to explain their work and engage with attendees.
3. Presenter ResponsibilitiesBe present at your poster during the assigned session.
Wear your conference badge at all times.
