Registration – Important Details

Abstract Review Mandatory Fee (for Speakers and Poster presenters):

1. Abstract Review Fee: This fee is mandatory for all speakers and poster presenters. It must be paid immediately after submitting your abstract.
2. Review Process: The HealthcareUCG Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members will review Your abstract, but this will only happen once the review fee has been paid.

3. Acceptance & Next Steps: If your abstract is successfully reviewed and accepted (and any requested edits are made), you'll receive an Abstract Acceptance Letter. Afterward, you can proceed with the registration process for the event.

Abstract Publication

• Mandatory Abstract Review Fee (For Speakers and Poster Presenters)
  All accepted abstracts submitted by Speakers and Poster Presenters are required to complete the applicable publication fee in order to proceed with official publication and indexing.

Publication Process

• After abstract acceptance, the required publication fee must be paid to proceed with publication.
  Upon payment confirmation, the abstract will be officially published and indexed in our partnered international journals.
• Publication begins only after payment confirmation.

Post-Payment Confirmation

• Once the fee is received, you will get:
• An official Publication Confirmation Letter

  All changes must be communicated to the organizing committee in advance of the event date.
  For assistance with transfers or virtual attendance, please contact the conference team at information@utilitarianconferences.com
• Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
  Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• If you are unable to attend in person, you have two alternative options:
1. Transfer your registration to the next edition of the conference.
2. Convert your participation to virtual (online) attendance for the current event.
